Where it all began...

Finding My Creative Spark ✨

Growing up, I was fascinated by drawing, arts, computers, and tabletop role-playing games. Being a storyteller always excited me, and I never stopped researching new tech and innovations. In technology, it always excited me how far we've come as a society.

I always had a knack for tinkering with products to see how they work, opening them up to discover their inner workings. My father taught me how electronic boards work, while my mother's passion for fashion showed me the power of aesthetics and visual communication.

Discovering User Experience Design 😜

I've always been a social person, and I always liked being surrounded by nice people. It gave me lots of energy and reason. UX came into my life through work. I came across people who needed concepts for the web, and I was willing to provide solutions about their strategy, their branding, and the way the product would work.

My first touch was 2017-2018, where I had the opportunity to be part of the creation of an amazing VOIP telephony app. That was the beginning for me. I transitioned from visual communication designer to a Product Designer using prototyping tools, research, and a lot of critical thinking.

Transitioning From Designer to Systems Thinker 👨‍💻

I had a good time with Atos, a product house, where I was involved in the product called Unify Phone. This was a big school for me and made me the systems thinker I am today.

Then PSQR challenged me positively by throwing me into a traceability solution. In this product, I managed to leverage my user research skills to improve app workflows into the company's solutions for highly regulated clients.

Pushing boundaries

AI, Innovation & Large-Scale Impact 🚀

At Globant, I was challenged working in big pharma and SIEMENS. I managed to develop an Automating Algorithm to Cluster Naming with AI - Making Data Understandable for Everyone. The process included text, embeddings, clustering & insights—a process of transforming raw text into actionable data.

This was made to solve a huge organization's IA problem and create a new navigation system. Solving platform connectivity issues for users who struggled with the website's navigation and finding the right pages. Users felt overwhelmed with the amount of information on the site.

The project was developing a new taxonomy concept which succeeded with great success. Another great success was the deployment of a large organization's corporate webpage, Broadridge, which included UX work for strategy, UX, user research, development of a design system, storytelling, readability, scannability, content-first approach, microinteractions, white space, color psychology, and user testing.
